This tenant improvement project highlights employees’ desires and satisfaction for their working environment. We helped select the design team and coordinated the client’s needs with them. This included a $2.8 million furniture package for modern, collaborative spaces.
They wanted to find a refreshed look that would attract new employees. We worked with the Human Resources department and the architect to create just the right environment for the current and future employees.
