Charter oversaw the installation of a four story internal staircase for the tenant to assist with their corporate Human Resources Department’s need to integrate two firms into one company with 300+ employees. We worked with the landlord and security for all after hours work and elevator use while pouring concrete and swinging in steel for the stairs through the windows. This remodel also included updated restrooms on all of the floors, a new large break/lunch room area, and open ceiling areas with polished concrete.
This involved an installation of an internal staircase to connect four floors.
