They worked with an architectural firm out of Atlanta, where Angel Oak headquarters is currently located. They liked Dallas for their additional office location because of the quality of employees. To meet the needs of this quickly growing company, they relocated from the North tower to the East tower in Williams Square. They were experiencing rapid growth and the tenant needed a local Project Manager (Charter) to maintain the timeline and track the fine details.
The timely ordering and delivery of new furniture was integral to meeting our client’s goal. This project blended existing furniture, new pieces, and relocation of 43 workstations over a weekend to be up and operational by Monday evening.
