Martin UAV brought unique goals for their property needs as they are an emerging leader in unmanned aerial vehicles. They needed more space for offices, assembly, warehouse, and operation of aircraft. A light industrial space provided for building and testing of equipment. This was a first generation build out and was done on time.
Once Charter was hired, this project utilized a quick schedule. Our leadership helped bring the budget back in line.
