This tenant-finish project opened a regional office in a new location in Irving TX. It provided spaces for individual offices, desks, kitchen common areas, and conference rooms. The Penske remodel spanned 1.5 floors and included restrooms and main elevator lobby.
Charter navigated unique challenges when bringing together two separate offices into one shared space. It involved logistics of preparing a larger space and move management of materials and employees.
