Since the client faced a hard date to vacate their previous offices, the tenant improvement work actually began while the design-build project for the new building was still underway. With the concurrent construction project of a new, four-story ground-up, tilt-wall building, our tenant finish completed on time with special features including a cafeteria, test kitchen, retail convenience store, and mockup store.
Time issues were compounded by rain delays due to record rainfall that year. The project culminated on-time with six moves totaling around 1,400 people.
