The General Contractor and two engineering firms had devised an action plan which was to take over a year and required relocating several hundred people to other buildings. Charter worked with the parties, including the building owner/occupant, to develop an alternative plan which took just five months to complete, moved only small numbers of people within the building for short periods of time and caused no disruption to the building owner’s company operations.
Our primary goal was to identify the cause(s) of the project’s failures, the appropriate repairs, and the responsible parties.
