Our remodel project brought this cafeteria up-to-date with a fully equipped and stocked kitchen and modernized serving and dining areas. Cafeteria staff have the added bonus of a new test kitchen and remote executive conference support kitchen. This project included a knockdown and rebuild of staff locker rooms, receiving area, and warehouse storage in basement.
With a worn out, dated cafeteria, the remodel included many repairs and upgrades to drains, grease trap, water and electric supplies, and ventilation and hood systems. It also received major upgrades to chill-water sections transiting the kitchen facilities.
