This tenant-finish client transformed a two story office space.It was a complete remodel, including new glass to make a high energy efficient space. Replaced all HVAC and installed a new roof bringing an old 1980’s building up to code. The office design combined warm, natural elements with clean lines of glass and stainless steel features for a modern contrast. Striking blue accents added pops of color throughout this crisp, light and bright office, and common areas.
Charter worked with the client to resolve all existing conditions and replaced each system within the building. This provided a beautiful expansion space for the employees.
