This client expanded their market into the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Their office space was a tenant-finish build out in a booming economic area experiencing rapid growth. The space was created with industrial elements combining wood and metal to create a modern, upscale feel. The enhanced features were represented throughout conference rooms, private phone booths, and a large work café.
