50,000 SF Regional Headquarters for a Medical Support Technology Firm
Multiple existing leases were expiring with hard deadlines and significant penalties. Their new space required an interior demo of the 1960s era AT&T telecom factory. The redesign converted it into a Class A office space. We arranged for the disposal of excess/surplus equipment and white-box restoration of departed spaces.
When Charter became involved, the landlord’s estimated move-in was 18-24 months out. We completed the build out and had the building occupied in only five months, with nearly 30 days to spare! The general contractor has now adopted the project management processes they learned from us.
