The client, a multi-national retailer, was eighteen months into a two-year project with little progress mostly because the executives and senior managers tasked with the work were far too busy to commit the time required. And, they had identified the need for a system-wide business review in order to achieve the goals of a new agreement.
Scope
Establish the requirements for a system-wide review of the company’s operations in accounting, recruiting, sales, training, logistics, purchasing, real estate, construction, maintenance and operations. Solicit and compile input and analysis from all affected business units. Simultaneously develop the new franchise agreement for issue.
