This tenant finish project consisted of relocating from an older, cramped office to a new, first-generation space in an uptown Dallas high-rise. They wanted it to have a high-quality finish in a comfortable, productive workspace. Their new space earned a LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) Gold certification, which certifies a green building that consumes less energy and generates lower greenhouse gas emissions.
The rigorous LEED certification process challenged teams to find creative solutions for many criteria including water efficiency, materials, resources, energy, and atmosphere.
