50+ Acre Plot, 266,000 SF Total Floor Plate
This project consisted of two new data centers on one plot. They were built ground up using a tilt-wall technique. Charter coordinated the connection to the on-site Substation and Telecom Duct Bank.
Construction was time-sensitive to accommodate a new national customer for a 50+ Acre Data Center.
